I just sold a CITYNAMEpsychiatrists.com yesterday to an end user for $800 (no joke). If you have the time, i'm sure you could make a few calls / send a few emails and sell each of these for $500 - $2,000 to a web savvy (i.e. they advertise on Google) psychiatrist's practice in any one of these cities.
