I doubt that the NHL has any rights to this acronym in Turkey, as I am guessing thats were you are...after all its the U.S. and Canada., Just make a website about something non hockey related,

Trademarks don't give exclusive rights to acronyms/abbreviations. So many factors to consider, jurisdiction of the TM (YES, the US isn't the whole world :-#, goods and services associated with the TM etc etc.
