I am selling a site I have built JonsMovies.com. It is an adult movie site currently getting over 40,000 uniques per day. Over 100,000 page views per day. I do not have specific link codes for each of my sites since I use the same ones, but here are screenshots of the last months before the site was online and after the site was online:
August 2004 - Before Jonsmovies was bundled with my big site
September 2004 - First month Jonsmovies was online and bundled with stats
October 2004 - Present month, forecast of 2800$ but this week has been slow.
So as you can see, there is a significant increase in the total revenue of the site with jonsmovies as an addition. Here are a couple of traffic screenshots:
Top of the trades list with biggest trades and bookmarkers circled
Bottom of the trades list with the total of the php script (always lower since php is slow for counting simultaneous traffic entries)
Here are my traffic stats of a better counter which is much more accurate.
Don't pay attention to smut-house stats since that site is not for sale. I have stricken off my brother's site's stats for his own privacy.
The site looks extremely promising because it is still very young. The site comes with these specifications:
- Free trading script will be transfered by me to an account created for you
- Custom built script that creates static pages to make it much easier to manage and less of a load on the server
- Auto-update script for a series of your choice to help your bookmarkers stay
- A nice email script to prevent a lot of spam and viruses
- Complete database of the content so surfers do not notice a change of ownership
- All the support you might need about anything
The reason I am selling the site is that I need money right now for health reasons. I can build some others later on, but need immediate money.
Since I need the money as soon as possible, I will make an incredible deal on this one. I will sell to the first person who can offer 4000$ (might be negotiable if money is sent out fast). That is merely about 3 months revenue and it is absolutely completely automated so there is nothing to do but maybe manage trades 5 minutes per day. Doesnt get much better than that. Small investment, huge returns for it after a few months.
I will accept wire transfers only and can provide the information on previous buyers to serve as feedback. I do all transfers in the same day as soon as the money is received and provide as much support as is needed by the buyer to get it running.
Transfers are always smooth and un-noticeable by surfers. Details will be given to the buyer for a smooth transaction.
