The relevant thing is that this's "traffic coming from previously developed websites", they've been acquired in March 2009 and they
continue to get traffic.
This means that, if developed or redirected to an existing project, their traffic would start to increase again.
Total year revenue for this collection is much higher than the asking price of course but we sell them basing on their traffic
potential, not on their revenue :
