I think this is one of those names that looks good at first but is really not that good.
First I think it has limited value since it can only be targeted to German people, secondly,
the first choice would probably be niederlande.nl, then niederlande.de followed by niederlande.com niederlande.info. Also niederlande in German is almost always used in connection with the German "the" (which is "die" in this case), and Germans love hyphens, meaning something like Die-Niederlande.com has more value than dieniederlande.com and the first version is actually still available.
Anyway, I think this is a low to mid $$$ domain as it is really only the 5th choice TLD, (after nl,de,com,info).
