Recently i have bought a domain name ends with .ninja.

We are providing web design service, will this kind of top level domain perform in google search results?

Any TLD can get you ranked depending on your SEO skills. The word left of the dot is the most important factor domain wise for SEO.

So web design. ninja would be good or similar. For branding purposes I can also see it working with the right keyword.

you may be able to get rank, but will potential consumers trust a .ninja website over a .com or .net
