Looking for honest appraisals on this domain and website.

http://www.NintendoWii.info

Domain

NintendoWii.info is probably the second most valuable nintendo wii domain in existance (in my opinion), with the .com currently being used as the address for the official website.

As many of you will know, since the name change of this upcoming console was announced, the flurry of Wii registrations has been insane, with many people simply slotting the word 'Wii' into any combination of words possible, most of them not even remotely related to the console itself, and many others with some of the most obscure extensions available.

I'm sure you'll agree that of the domains available, this one is by far one of the most relevant.

As far as trademark issues go, Nintendo has a strong reputation for never having served C+D letters to website owners referencing their products, or domain owners whose domains contained their registered trademarks. They have even gone so far as to state in a recent interview that this explosion of internet activity, interest and more specifically fansite/info-site creation is exactly what they were wanting to happen.

Website

This domain is being used for an informational mini-site about the Nintendo Wii. As it contains Nintendo Wii Info... then the domain is a perfect fit.

It currently has 39 static HTML pages, containing news, images and articles about the console, with SEO applied in a way that does not compromise the content. Not all of these pages have been indexed due to the age of the website, however even with only the main page listed, SERPs results are fantastic

As this is a new site, it does not yet have a pagerank, however for what its worth, several pagerank prediction scripts place it with a potential PR of 3-4

This is my first real attempt at SEO, with the following results for this site:

Keywords: Nintendo Wii Info

Google: 3 of 22.2Million

Keywords: Wii Info

Google: 3 of 30.3Million

Keywords: Nintendo Wii Information

Google: 2 of 13.3Million
Yahoo: 2 of 6.4Million

Keywords: Wii Information

Google: 1 of 17.6Million
Yahoo: 2 of 8.7Million

-----------------------

So... there you have it! Any opinions, feedback and appraisals are GREATLY appreciated :)

If there are no TM issues like you stated then I think its a low $x,xxx name since .info dont usually get a huge amount of money, especially for a non generic word. I think it is a really good wii name but I disagree that its the 2nd most valuable wii name. I think nintendowii.net is more valuable since the majority of internet users dont even know that .info exists yet and also wii.com, wii.net, etc. are more valuable of course. Good luck.

Looks like a TM question to me. Can you provide a link to that interview?

Cheers,
