subc0nci0us, I would say under $40. I have AEK.biz and don't plan to sell it anytime soon

Lots of 3-letter .biz are still available for a reg fee, so I would not rate this one any higher than reg fee, especially with the J ending. I registered quite a few 3-letter .biz myself in case they catch on down the line, but stayed away from letters that aren't commonly used. I'm expecting to wait several years before mine go anywhere, if they do at all.
