I have been trying to contact support because Domain Sponsor owes me a lot of money in parking revenue. They have not paid me 3-4 months of revenue. Has anyone else had issues getting paid by them? I have tried to contact my account manager and submitted at least 5 support requests in the last month with no response. I have completed all forms needed and no one will tell me what is wrong.

David

Hi David,

You can contact support at DSSupport[at]domainsponsor.com.

Tried that and I tried calling them a long time ago. No answer on the phone. No replies to my many support requests. I will never park with them again or recommend them to anyone. Like I said I was owed over $1300 and they did not pay. Apparently I am not the only one they did this to. Its a shame, they had a good thing going.

This is why parking in general doesnt work.

There is no transparancy to the money flow.

Another one bites the dust.

Oh I totally understand that. I am on a mission to develop all of my names into something with some klout. I have made some good money parking but its basically it seems dead. Whats next for domains? Can you point me to something that I can make money with while i am waiting on development? Parking has taken to much of my time and money.
Dave

Funny thing is,... before parking became 'dead', most people didnt know how much of the pie they were giving up.

Now that times are tight, the piece of the pie becomes obvious.

David,

Is your account set to "No Pay"? If not, is the minimum payout number on your account set at > 1300 (or what you have earned?) You can also call and leave a voice message with them. Just explain your issue and they will get back to you probably within a week. #213-408-0080

Hi guys, do you know what no-pay status means ?? I have about $500 in revenue from this month on my Domainsponsor account and I have set minimum payment to $50 and paypal...Will I get paid by the end of the month ?? Do you know what can be wrong and why is it showing no-pay status even if I have enough money to be paid ?

Hi Mac

No-pay can mean quite a few things.

1) Your tax info might not be submitted
2) Your account may still be in review status for traffic quality (assuming you haven't had a previous payout)
3) Other various reasons

I agree w/furca. The 1st time I had not gotten paid I contacted DS and they said I had not reached the minimum amount possible for the 1st pymt to be sent, after that it's been OK but revenue there now is much lower than what I expected when I joined, I've been there like 3 yrs

Also, as he says, your company's tax ID # or individual SSN must be provided, or else they cannot send you payment, check your profile and settings both for the tax info they need and what the minimum amount that they'll pay is for your account ( sometimes it varies depending if you chose Paypal, eCheck (deposited in your bank acct) or a paper check in the mail )

I don't think they would withhold pymts while they do traffic quality reviews, ie some names w/DS may be banned by Google, or DS may try an alternative parking campaign/ad feed, but they're mostly a Google feed. I had this at DomainApps w/porn names and some too close to TMs according to Yahoo/Bing. Google as an upstream provider doesn't do much of this with parking services using its feed, but I did have an NNNN.com banned by Google, and some acronyms, even two-word generics, I scratched my head about why they did that since they weren't violating anything, maybe it was the traffic quality factor for the respective monetization service
