nobullhomes is worth regfee and yahoomortgage has a major TM problem so its not worth anything either.

FlopZone and PackerCentral are the only two I'd imagine are worth anything in that group.

The Green Bay Packers are very active in protecting their name. If you do anything with the site, expect a contact from them. Not my personal experience, but a relative who went through it.

I see very little value in the other names outside of developing them yourself. Slim to zero natural traffic. Stay away from brandable names unless you've got money to burn.
