non resident register eu domains

I'm non eu citizen (also live and work outside the eu) . I found some great domains and want to register them for resale. I would like to know, if my relatives are citizens and residents of EU can I use they contacts (someone of them) as registrant of domains if they know and agree with that. Maybe better to use relative's company as european registrant address.
For eu registrant what is more preferred. Natural resident or established company.

yes, but they have to agree and be aware of your names because if Eurid checks those names you may risk to lose them if datas are not correct.
