if the auction actually ended at 7:00, that would mean the last opportunity for a bid was at 6:59.99.

at least, i think that would be the normal, logical way... whistle blow at 7.

Anyone else noticed that this forum is for Offers and not Auctions? You can't take "bids" eBay style.
