Not happy with snapnames

picked up a drop the other day, get the email...yada yada, somehow the name I won gets lost between 2 registrars, 1hostkuwait.com and 1hostunitedkingdom.com and wouldnt you know it dosent show up in my account and of course snapnames has dropped the ball.

Anyone else with such an expirence?

Sent a ticket to snapnames about the issue, and to my surprise they are actually working on getting the issue fix, or so they say, they say it could be resolved by this afternoon.

We'll see how it goes.

Everything is cool now, they got me fixed up, and I have control of my domain.

I had the same problem. they told me the registar is having an issue and up till now after over 6 months I still can't change my domain whois info. I will be moving soon
