All of them so far seem to be the same. What's weird is they don't show the domain name that was backordered (like the original confirmations did). Just the user name and the password. Very strange.

Why wouldn't the system shutdown after so many attempts?

I would suggest you contact them by phone and see what they say.

Maybe, they can determine the ip address of the request. If that
is the case in this situation.
