Wow... you probably didn't realize that you are sitting on a nice pot of gold... If you can get the right buyer, you can probably get high $XXX for it. I would recommend you to sell it to New York's realors because it can mean "New York RealtY" (of course NYRE or NYRT will be way better). Agents in New York likes to use their "first name dash last name .com" because the way that their licenses are issued. They have to do business under their name, not the company.

I don't think ny's local classified works. I have tried couple before. I have posted couple 'ny' and 'estate' related names and I got no single response. I think it will be easier to sell if you actually send email to the potential buyers directly.
