I don't think the cool list means that much, it's just common words. Looking at Overture the term has a very low search rate, although I don't think the .net will knock the value down further.

I think you'll only get very low $xxx as it is (if you're lucky). I would develop it if I were you, but a bit stumped at the moment for suggestions.

I think this kind of domain is good for development. It's not specific really, and could be branded to almost anything. Once you get traffic and a developed site though, I think this domain name is one that will carry it's value from development quite well.

There is very famous beer festival in Munich (Germany) called the October Fest (Oktoberfest in German). The festival takes place in Munich during the September and October months and gather usually more than 6 million visitors. Website: http://www.oktoberfest.de/en/

So, IMO this name has high potential if the development is related to the October Fest.

I thought of the Oktoberfest as well, but the major problem here is the different German spelling of October (Oktober)
