1. Drunk Driving kills 100,000s or people per year. Are you going to ban beer? No. Are there laws to prevent Drunk Driving? They obviously don't work or dissuade the drunk drivers amongst us. Responsible people don't drink and drive, so they don't need any laws to RESTRICT them from driving drunk. No one should tell me not to drink and drive and "protect me from myself". Conclusion: Drunk Driving should not be illegal! Get the Government of my ass!

Apply above logic to the Goverments attempts to restrict individual freedoms when "reasonable and responsible" people don't need laws that restrict them from: raping, stealing, killing, etc., etc.

You don't see the inherent irrationality of your reasoning? If porn produced by, including as participants, marketed to, adults, the SAME as child pornography? Of course not!

Using your logic, one could argue that since you "aren't against porn" then you are PRO child pornography (I'm not accusing you of anything of course). Why? Well, DnP is a "pornographer" in your words, therefore his stance against child pornography MUST be hypocritical! Therefore, with your logic, if you are Pro Porn (or not against porn) then your can't be AGAINST any type or porn.
