I have a pretty long one here, but need your expert advise on this.

Could be developed into a news portal for olympics and can be used year after year. Please please give your opinions on this, both developed and undeveloped.

At least you didn't specify the date, that often kills Olympic/World Cup names as they become obsolete after the event. I agree with Bionic though, gamesnews is a bit of a mouthful. I think it could be decent if developed though!

Olympic is one of the most well protected trademark. I do not see any value in this domain.

value is in the -$ range because of this. the IOC hunts down Olympic games like mad.
