Its going to be funny if .eu does the very opposite of what every one who owns these names and throwing out crazy prices think its going to do.


I would have taken the $10,000.00 because its honestly not worth $10,000 now and if the value of .eu grows your typo will then depend on the value of onlinecasino.eu and then very well might not be worth $10,000 then.

Just take a look at ovt..

Why should I have accepted ? I mean, I am sure everybody would have waited at least a year or so to see how much this domain could be sold for. To accept this offer now wouldn't have been a smart move. I am sure that the guy who registered Blue.com several years ago never though it could be sold for that much ! I am not saying that my www.OnlinCasino.eu is as good but I am pretty sure I will be able to make much more than 10K in a year or so.
I do believe in the EU success as the European Union won't stop growing and expanding.

SouthernTn has made a good point. IF you did infact have an offer for 10k, i would suggest contacting that person to tell them you will take their offer.
In my opinion, OnlinCasino.com isnt even worth 10k, and that would be my opinion before looking at overture results.
If .eu does infact grow, only generic names will be of value, unless they get a significant amount of traffic and or revenue.

You have to realize (.com) is still the dominant ext. the .eu will not blow the .com ext out of the water. Some people are praising these ext like they will be the primary ext.

If onlincasino.com <---- Dominant.. Doesn't get anything.. zip, zero, nada, then onlincasino.eu will not do any better. People will type in .com before anything, remember that.


And even though you admitted, your domain isn't as good as blue.com , its still not a good example.

You should use an example that pertains to this exact situation.

A name of a different ext, that doesnt have any ovt in the more dominant ext, but still can go for 5 figures.


goodluck in whatever you do.. but, you should take that 10k

Incredible if it's real. This .eu hype is amazing. I wouldn't have even spent the reg fee on it. Correctly spelled .eu names won't get significant url-bar traffic for years me thinks, let alone typos. But if you have that much confidence in this kind of stuff, sell this one and buy 5000 more.
