Hi,
OnlineBanking.com clearly is a very valuable domain.
Adding a hyphen certainly greatly reduces value, but there is still value in the domain because of the sector and the increasing popularity of banking online.
End user: Mid to high $xxx with potential low $xxxx to an eager buyer in the sector.

IF you could get a major financial institution to see the value of this domain I see a lot more than low $xxx being available, mid to high $xxxx should be easy.
If not, should still be a valuable means of earning some good revenue.
