nice name, but definately too long.
It still has a potential If you reach the right company. I would say high $XX for end user.

High $xx . Dont' think it would get that many type-ins at that length.

Good Luck !

Thanks guys. It's one of my favorite names..

I received an offer from a UK based Call center consultancy firm for the name last year. They offered $ 1k. I declined.

I like the name. I intend to keep it.

Another interesting fact about it is that OnlineCustomerService.com used to be owned by Buydomains. They sold the name sometime in 1999-2000 & the buyer later dropped it.

I waited long for this name for this name....

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. However, both OnlineCustomerService and long domain names are a thing of the past. Good luck if you decide to develop.

it gives a good impression for point of contact, a lot of companies
split there services over different domains so most any web company
could use this name. Also for a 3rd party handling 24 hour support
it describes the service well, "Online", "Service" as opposed to
CustomerSupport.com which might be email with 2 day turnaround.

Where can you get online customer service when you need it?
$500+

I may develop the name in the future..

I have to differ with you on the point that online customer service is on the decline. In fact it is becoming more relevant & vital each passing day.

I spend a lot of time on the web & I need and use online customer service - Live chat, email response, self learning knowledge bases, FAQs, help desk, support, desktop sharing, support ticketing etc.

Never had any trouble with your domain registrars ? eh :cheesy:

Online customer service is what contact centers ( web enabled call centers) provide.
