OnlineGames.US

Domain name only, no significant traffic, ranking, or revenue, but google keyword tool shows around 1 million exact local search volume for Nov 2009 and around 2.7 million global monthly search volume for the term “ Online Games “.

Please indicate the appraisals in the form of:

Low / Mid / High in three figures, four Figures, five Figures ….

Thanks

The global number is largely irrelevant for .US. I would put this at low four figures due to low CPC and because there's really no geographic associations with most online games. That said, it's a very nice name and since I own OnlineVideoGames.us (that I picked up on a drop), I'm quite interested in seeing how this name does.

Thanks for your appraisal,

.US domains are probably one the few extensions other than .com that might get some type in traffic, although this traffic is relatively very low, but it is increasing at a slow pace as more and more people become familiar with this extension in the United States. People in other countries who are already familiar with ccTLDs also sometimes type in .US domains hoping to get info that is specific to the United States so the global search volumes might also be important. Most domainers are used to making appraisals only based on high levels of traffic and revenue, but when it comes to .US domains it is probably the inherent value and the future potential of the domain that should be more focused on since the traffic and revenue usually are not at any significant levels at the present time.

I like to hear more opinions about this domain, this is probably a good representation of domains with popular keywords that surely have some value even without having a lot of traffic.

I am considering to sell this domain, any more ideas as to end-user or wholesale (reseller) values.
