I purchased a domain from/thru OpenMerchant.com and got ripped off as the domain has still not been transferred after 16 days and doubt it will be since they dont own it. Anyone else known about them ?.

never heard of them the website looks 50% real and 50% fake cant really say !

If you've paid by credit card or paypal, you can do a charge back.

Yes, it does look a little fake.

I paid by Paypal and funds came from my credit card, but Paypal say they cannot do a chargeback.

Yes, if Paypal won't do a reversal then call your credit card and protest the charges.

Yes good ideas I will try doing chargeback with CC and also will call them and see what they say.

I am having a problem with them right now.... I have a transfer pending, and I am trying to update the name servers so I can alteast use the domain while I wait for the transfer... Everytime I set the nameservers, about an hour later the reset back to OPENMERCHANT
