Okay lets say you have a business idea and then you try it out online to see how it goes. Things take off with minimal resources and funds and eventually you have to shut it down because you can't keep up with it. With little advertising and no help I was earning around 2,000 - 4,000 a month. I became overwhelmed with customers and decided to close it. Anyways my question is with the trial run I know for a fact that it would be a great business. My problem is I always come up with ideas but don't know how to go about turning it into reality. I don't know how to find trustworthy investors that would be interested in the idea.

With little funds to start the business but a strong proposal what would you do?

I don't get it either. Did you grow too big and couldn't support the business?

I shut it down because the business requires a lot of work its not like a auto site that does all the work. We had way to many people signing up and expected the service to be completed within 2-3 days. We became swamped with orders. We originally just put it up to test it to see if it would even get any type of interest and then we wasn't prepared for all of the rush. We should have thought and planned more before we started anything.

It did give me the answer I needed on if there would be interest or not. So now that I know it would be successful I want to be able to open it up again eventually but I want to do it the right way. So once it opens up I will be able to run it sucessfully. But never owning a business online or off I have no clue where to start. I know that I need to find investors and some kind of help with it in order for it to run smoothly.

So is there any websites or anything that I could read that would help answer some of the questions I have or point me in the right direction?

extend your delivery time and hire more staff.... 4000 will hit 10-100K a month. Customer Satisfaction will boost your product.

I see someone already said 'outsource' but imho i'd say you need to get small team around you, a foundation per say that will then help you manage the outsourcing (don't under estimate the time required in managing them) ... in 12 years+ of business now I still believe that growing an internal team will always generate the best results, even if you have to slow growth to continue to deliver excellent results for your customers
