Must be developed. Do not park this one. Put up a Directory of "Closeout" "Liquidation" "Bankruptcy" Type of sites..no overstock.com links. Take a look at who the advertisers are for the term. That should give you a starting point. The searches are closer to 22K but the CPC is nice. Value will have to be determined by how it performs. No chance at Branding so Enduser sale is out. Few hundred is my guess but your buyer has to be savvy and unafraid of TM issues. That makes it much harder to sell.
