So the tool for checking the bid prices for various keywords has disappeared. This wasn't totally unexpected as the Yahoo Search Marketing tools for seeing max bids were scaled back recently. Keyword bids are an important part for optimizing specific links on a domain. Does anyone know of a good alternative to Yahoo/Overture for checking bid prices? Thanks

Thanks for the link. There seems to be confusion over the two types of keyword tools. There is the Keyword Selector tool which shows how many times a keyword was searched in a given month. That is still up and running like always. My concern is that the Bid Tool is gone. This is the one that shows how much advertisers are bidding on for each keywords and is an important tool for people who have sites parked with ppc providers who allow keyword selection. Can anyone confirm whether the bid tool has been removed permanently or not? Thanks

bid tools....sign up for a account. also google has that now too.
