It's a two doman appraisal.

I'm interested in peoples thoughts here on this set of domains I need to know if I should sell them, I'll be putting 100% of my time into one site, possibly for the long term. I've had the scripting put together over the last 8 months or so which puts these domains to work, quite elaborate I'll add. I can easily put a price on the machine but need some input on the domains.

each domain is great. I actually was hunting for these just last week noticed you owned them you sly fox!
I regged the .co.uk & .info
They have huge potential & domainers & developers are actively doing just this at mo because ppc revenues from sedo etc are at criminally low rates.
The php version of your domain is more valuable & has higher overture.
Undeveloped in the coming year or so i would value the domains $xxxx low EACH
Much more developed. I note the .net version is developed & is prob. a licence to print money. Good luck.

To elaborate I'll say the site is developed, but not marketed as yet. I'm far too busy and looking at commiting 100% of my time to one site. Therefore marketing this biz may not be possible for me. The developed site is only viewable/usable through login at the moment, using it for personal ppc sites. I can make a ppc site with little tlc in 30 seconds, and I can make a well targeted one in about 3 minutes. Over coffee, and multitasking I can make a ppc site with it in 5-10 minutes given I want to crawl the most recent, content rich articles available. It stocks about 70-80 thousand articles right now, It has a crawler which gathers fresh articles and stocks them in the sql db to be used when i need them. I've had the coding done on this site over the last 8 months or more, adding little features as I go. I believe I've covered almost every feature there can be for a ppc site, each site made even has admin/cms. I still have more features to add but I'm so pre-occupied I'm not sure when I'll have time. I'm a ppc site fanatic, and with that said I've put alot into the developement of this ppc template maker.

I've put this in the appraisal thread to gauge value, as I may sell them both and the developed ppc template making software. But to be honest, the more I discuss it, the more i describe some of it's features, and the more i think about it, I'll regret selling them, even at an inflated price.

Man I hate selling stuff.
