On this one, I'd probably pick up both the .com and .co.uk if I planned on approaching end users, since it is a UK heavy term.
Get moving on learning how to develop your names. Picking up hand regs and drops is not going to earn you much on the parking side, and you can wait a long time and need a pretty big portfolio to turn enough end user sales to net out positive.
I don't really have any "great" names. I am a hand reg and low end hobbyist (like a lot of folks here) who mostly adds to my portfolio with the intention of developing as many as possible to fund my golden years. For end user sales, I've had much more success selling mid to high XXX brandables, LLLL.org's and business names (PM me and I will give you some exact names I have sold lately and a link to my Sedo portfolio). The keyword stuff is all with an eye toward development.

www.chessdirectory.com at the moment and I have lots of little niche sites. My biggest problem is that I don't stop buying long enough to catch up on developing - buying is more fun
