I believe this name just sold on 11/4 on TDNAM for $3700. I was bidding as well, but when it got to over $1500 I dropped out. I'd say the value is between $1500 and $2000 parked. If you are going to develop it, and it gets type-in traffic, you probably paid a fair price.

I actually already developed it and I am now starting my own personal SEO blog on the domain. I figure I can easily get some great natural search traffic related to SEO and a white label domain will justify my purchase price.

There was one other guy who bid the price up, but I couldn't let go of it.

I watched that auction finish, you have not gone too far over the parked value IMO, maybe $750 or so. Developing it makes that irrelevant anyway as it is a perfect name for an SEO site.
