I finally found a good perhaps somewhat complete list of paid survey companies. I have not used any of them yet as that was not may intent and honestly the list is that long(looks to be about 300). I bought the list to use for my paid survey site but I thought i would off set some of my expenses. I will email you the list for $5. Please PM if interested. Thanks
