After someone posted this in the delete domains section, I went and got it, what do you think about parakeets.us? Everyone or I hope everyone knows what a parakeet is. :clown:. Its was the last good tld left.

IMHO = In my humble opinion, parakeets are very inexpensive birds. Had the domain been parrots.us that would be a different story. However, they do have a following, and therefore the domain would be worth something if you have a userbase, traffic, and content to drive the people to the site, where you can place related ads and then, and only then, will the name be worth its weight.

I have a number of pet related sites, and building more each passing day... maybe you want to trade links? PM me if you do!

Agreed Stocdoctor - sensible answer.

Great generic domain, massive overture, obvious google. With a userbase and a good site, anything up to v low $x,xxx imo.

Rich
