Really cool domain very brandable (I am thinking of a cool bar) very easy to remember.
my feeling is any single word dot com that is both positive and brandable is worth more than 10k and up to whatever the market will handle. It's worth in the mid $XX,XXX IMO.

IMO you are looking for mid-$$$$ to low-$$$$$ for paranormal.com.
Could be nice for a movie or TV show but I am not sure this one is easy to monetize.

But since it clearly is a developed site, the answer depends on the current stats.
