Any advice on its value?

Plan on using it for a golf course directory website or selling.

I would try to park that to see what ad revenue can that give.
After that you will always be able to try that for golf web site or related.

You are quoting "broad" searches which are not relevant. The terms get under 10 exact searches per month.

I am an avid golfer, and this term really doesn't make sense.
I don't see much value.

it could be used for par 3 golf courses, par 72, and others like that, but this phrase covers them all in terms of keywords. But, I definitely understand what you are saying. Thanks for the advice.

No value, if "it could be used for par 3 golf courses" then why don't you just get Par3GolfCourses.com? Makes way more sense.

A name with value indicates the subject of which it is about. All that can be found from your name is that it relates to Golf Courses and "Par". Of which Par is just g a golfing term.

Ok. Par also can mean good quality I guess. But, thanks for your input.
