Parked.com Account Hacked?

Hi:
My account at Parked.com was hacked by someone,i had contact Parked Support Team,but they ask me use the password recover.
When i enter my registered e-mail address ,i got nothing.

The email address you entered does not exist in the system

Someone must changed my e-mail address,any one had same experience ?
Please let me know how can i get my account back.

Saying your account was hacked is a pretty bold statement. Please send me your username and I'll take a look.
