In the domain For Sale options on the Domain Detail (EDIT Domain) page of each domain parked, there is a new option to have the user complete a form (instead of putting in a URL or mailto: in the "Contact us" section) which is then emailed to the account holder with comments or domain offers,

I like this, but I have two questions:

1) The form option for "Telephone" is mandatory even though it is not in BOLD like the other headings. Can this be made not-mandatory?

2) Is there a mass edit option to change this on ALL domains at one time instead of going into each domain's Edit detail?

I just submitted something to myself and it didnt require phone number

Look under account information page, bottom right.

Just tried it, it didn't update all names though... hmm

Telephone shouldn't be mandatory. I just send myself a response, and I didn't have to put in the telephone number.

South- Did you happen to already have a for sale option set on those domains to begin with?

Yes. I assumed that was the problem. But I thought removing the http/mailto message would automatically remove all, but I had probably manually set them on the individual names before finding the "set all" option later on. No worries. Maybe an option to remove for sale message on "all" domains might help.

Yeah, I'll see if we can come up with something today or not.

The mass option is now available via the account information page.

I repeat myself... You are without a doubt very customer service oriented. Good work!

Parked.com really is the best, if you have yet to sign up with them you are missing out!
Nowhere is better than parked period! :ok:

Donny, do the Meta Tags need to be separated like:

meta,meta,meta (commas)

or

meta meta meta (spaces)

or

meta, meta, meta (commas & spaces)

It isn't clear to me in the Meta Tags section. Thanks!

Meta Tags, by definition should always be:
keyword phrase, keyword phrase, keyword phrase, keyword phrase.

Now the "keyword phrase" could be 1 word or multiple it's up to you.

Donny

I am:

Meta Meta Meta

rather than

Meta, Meta, Meta

I'm going to go adjust this on on my domains (my bigger ones anyway). Hopefully this will help.
