Parked Referal program help!

Hey i'm wondering if someone can help me, i have referred 2 people to park over the past couple months but i can't remember if i referred them,

1. is it possible to refer them after they have joined? i.e back end somewhere?

2. How do the payments work?

In most cases if somebody comes to us a few weeks after and said I referred somebody to Parked, we look at it and determine what we should do on a case by case basis. But most of the time this is somebody who is trying to refer themselves.

Payments are paid in the normal pay process.
