Based on above, if the company is doing well, they will reject a $10 million offer. If they are struggling, they may sell for lot less less.

Hmm, how much did I buy and sell this for some years back? Let me check my records. :lol:
Just checked: it would probably make you sick to know how much I paid for it before it was sold.
