JHas anyones account ever been set to limited acess because mine was suspected of fraud because of a wierd thing i did and now i cant send money until i put these tracking codes in, which is impossible because there like $150 or w.e from someone like on this type of forum... no shipping = no tracking number and i dont know how to get my accoutn back.

Please explain "the weird" thing you did? If it was not shipped them you would put virtual item where the tracking number goes. Depending on the situation, you will likely win the dispute because Paypal does not guarantee payments on virutal items. The only way the other party will get their money back is if they dispute the charge with their bank/credit card company.
