Additional use of PET Radiophramaceuticals are constantly discovered. One of the players in this market is Cardinal Health
Another is BRACO and thier Cardiogen units. From what I understand Cardiogen cost about $39.000 per month. I did not verify that. The unit has to be replaced every 4 to 6 weeks. The most well known PET Radiopharmaceutical is F-18. Google or use another search engine and look up PET Radiophamaceuticals (or PET Agent) research and use. Among other things you will find early detection of cancer. That is also called Tumor Localization.
