PhotoGalleries.org is using the Flickr API to allow your users to surf through over 5 Billions of images.
No maintenance needed just place your banners through its admin panel (2 sizes and positions currently available) and start prooting it.
Every time your visitors will do a search, the engine will show a gallery containing thousands of images related to the typed keyword but also 2 banners (at the top and on the right side of the page).
Just place there your best affiliate program banners and start make money, that's easy: a professional searchengine which would quickly attracts dozens of thousands of visitors once you'll start promoting it.
We've paid a developer who worked on it as a simple test, our main activity is strictly related to the domain industry at the moment so no promotion has been done but the website is already getting few hundreds of unique visitors per month as pure organic traffic: a minimum promotion would increase x10 its traffic in few days.
Our asking price is USD 5,000 including full ownership rights over the domain and its content.
