I don't pretend to be the expert that a lot of people here are, theres a lot of people with years and years of hard won experience ... but I just can't agree with how quick a lot of domains are declared as only worth 'reg fee' ...

In and of itself, and in the reseller to reseller market maybe this example isn't worth anything but I hope Jama takes a day or so to research the *very* active industry of in-practice marketing and particularly how whole companies are developing programming for waiting rooms. To me this is an obvious 'end user' market for the domain and you should easily be able to put up a sales page with basic Physiotherapy industry data and a sales pitch on why it's such a great marketing opportunity. These marketing companies segment their programming to the different practice types and geo areas and would, IMHO, jump at the generic but targeted 'tv' domain for their product Branding.

https://www.google.com/search?q=Waiting+room+TV

... maybe I'm looking at it a different way but I would try and turn that name around for $1200 - $2500

Thank you very much David.

I have noticed that some .tv Domains related to health sold for a good prices such as:

Testosterone.tv: Sold for $4,000
HypnoseTherapie.tv: Sold for $1,299
GetLenses.tv: Sold for $1,000
SeniorCare.tv: Sold for $6,590
ContactLense.tv: Sold for $15,000
EyeCare.tv: old for $10,000

Any comments guys with thanks?

.tv are hard to sell and expensive to renew. Too much risk.

Value is minus reg fee multiplied by No of years you plan to hold it.
Expected PPC income to pay for reg fees = from $0.70 to zero.

Those TV domains maybe had strong businesses around them. Can you say the same about physiotherapy?

It is a risky possession until you find, or you get a right buyer who wants to develop this domain.
