Low to medium xxx, what city has the "best" pizza is a hot topic...if you ever lived in New York or Chicago you will know. Pizza gets a lot of press, and they have an ongoing verbal barrage about whos pizza is better. Add in the rest of the country and maybe you have the recipe for a fun forum! Good luck with this one!

reg fee without developement, maybe a little more due to the creative aspirations of many domain buyers/developers.
End-user price wouldnt go high either, as for the most part the only end-user I can imagine buying it is someone who realizes the value (price to pay) for a name.
Even if developed, It would be difficult to envision many visitors on a daily basis, so adds wont do much good.
