Could I get some input on the value of these domains?

caffeineresource.com
Both of them have not been developed much, but have a fairly decent looking holding page, which I created. Go to the domain names to see them. (Not looking to sell them together, particularly, just wanted to save having 2 posts).
I'm really not looking to make a whole lot on them, but am curious as to what they might be worth. I planned on developing both after creating planetdogfighter.com , but never got around to it. Now I would just like to get rid of them instead of letting them expire
Are there any services that will sell a domain for a commission? I'd be willing to give up to half of the price, if I can at least get my costs out of them (about $50 each).
