It's good. I was a long time platinum member and recently made a few great deals. They happened only because of this site. So I went for it.
It's been worth it for me. The extra software is nice and I started using it asap. The few conversations inside the exclusive area are very interesting and insightful. I feel also having the exclusive member tag sort of pushes me up on the "professional" ladder for what that is worth. I think in order to start doing 10k deals or higher I need to be around those that also do it. My biggest deal so far was 17k but I want more like that.
I would say the $350 is worth it. They do offer some goodies for it at least and personally I think the expense is a business expenditure. If you don't feel you do this as a job it may not be for you. I do this for my full time income so it's part of that.
