Yeh. They can sue your ass.. and they have done so before. They sued another person (or people) for registered playstation2.nl (or some other extension) and the person who had was even going to pay for the transfer, but sony said no, and they got sued. So get rid of it. I have a few ps3 names myself, but they are just fan sites ... like ps3planet.com or ps3max.com (and loads more), i do however have sonyplaystation3.org which i now know was a waste of time buying... i am just gonna try and get rid of it

I do alot of work with creditcard affiliates now and i've noticed over the last few months, they are getting tighter and tighter on the trademark issues....

Get rid of them as soon as you can.....
