I recently bought Hettz.com in enom's dropped sites auction. This is a typo of Hertz.com but it did not occur to me when I bought it. Can you please advise if this is a potential trademark issue?

Thank you in advance for your advice.

It can spell trouble if its usage bears any relation or similarity whatsoever to
the carmaker. But that won't necessarily stop them from still trying to grab it
via any and all "legal" means available.

That is, if they'll bother to, anyway.

it's called typosquatting, otherwise known as profiting off someone else's trademark if you have car rental information on that site.

They could say that you registered it in bad faith even if you don't have car rental info, but it's a stretch.

it's got ppc stuff with google adsense. Thanx for the info Dave Zan and DNGeeks
