realtor is a Trademark, so if anyone uses it in the real estate field they will probably get in trouble, the association that somehow (and thats very shady) was able to register a TM for the term realtor is also very aggressive when it comes to enforcing the TM, so pros usually stick to realty or realestate..this being said the pricing is hurt a lot by that..

Unless you are a REALTOR, you can not use those names.

Names are good, but value, depends.
