TheProficient.com - Could be for anyone who wants to advertise themselves as the best at their job.

Whatsits.com - I guess with this, the possibilities are endless..................

I'm afraid they are not worth more than reg fee, in my opinion. Like you said, TheRealCBG.com is meaningless unless it has a personal meaning. TheProficient.com and Whatsits.com are equally obsure. At some point someone may want to pay more for them, but it would take a long time to find a buyer.
