Hello all,
I have won this domain thru a back order auction a few months ago and I am currently running a french marketing forum on it. Would you please care to give me your opinion on the value of this domain, and possibly your opinion on running a marketing related forum on it.

The domain is e c o n s e i l s .com (Without spaces)

The word: "conseil" means advice, and "conseils" with an s is the plural for advice. In a logical translation it would be equivalent to eAdvice.Com

Thanks for your help,

On a sidenote if any french users get too read this, any comments on the value and concept of the place in site on that domain would be appreciated,

Thanks,

Best,

Sam

Salut,

Enven if I own some French eDomains, I'm not really fond of them. I prefer "i" prefix for French words.

Moreover, I would prefer conseil than conseilS. Even if in your case, the plural makes sense.

Therefore, iConseil.com would be my choice (or iConseils, in your case).

But e C o n s e i l s dotcom is reall brandable and developping it was the best way to increase its value.

I've visited the site, it looks nice.

Thanks to your site I've discovered : http://www.whatis-it.com/

Grégoire.

Hello Sam,

Grégoire is right, 'conseil' would sound better in singular form.
In French conseil would translate to advice
On the other hand conseils would translate to tips (there is a nuance :) )
But the name is good and brandable. I believe a forum is a good idea for development purposes. Good luck:)
I prefer econseils over iconseils. 'e' makes me think of 'ebusiness'.

My shot would be low-mid $$$, possibly high $$$ for the right buyer

Hi,
The domain itself would go for mid to high $xxx but might get a mid $x,xxx for the right end user
If you continue to develop the forum you can get a high $xxx to mid $x,xxx and even more to the right end user :)

Bonne chance!
Ps: j'me suis inscrit ;-)
