I have a Hosting Website I am considering selling. The website is
k t m w e b . c o m . The domain itself gets about 40-50 Uniq. visitors daily. Here are the link statistics:
There are 694 links from other sites listed in Alltheweb, altavista, hotbot and msn. Another 194 links from Yahoo, and 0 from Google. Should be alot In Googles next crawl / PR update, if that ever happens

The site has only 4 clients currently paying monthly. Monthly income of these for clients are 50-55.00. And of those customers, there have been no technical issues or help request, so maintenance has been very little. The site currently uses paypal for it's payment processor, and is set up as an affiliate for website templates through templatemonster. I have been buying text links on lower / mid level websites PR4 / 5. Hand Submitting t search engines / NO FAA links (Except 1 accidentally).
In addition / this business operates through a WHM Reseller account so the only operating cost other than advertising has been a monthly reseller hosting fee.
Anyway, what do you think this site / business should sell for. Thank you.
